I think both are valid as far as this is just verifying your account (My opinion), but if you want to use PayPal for adding money or transferring money from your CC then ewallet is best option.

Netsafe is valid only for one time transaction so you can&#039;t add money to PayPal as, as soon as PayPal charge it for verification it get deactivated. I hope you are getting my point</description>
